Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., and United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara today announced the culmination of a 5-month-long joint state-federal undercover investigation into the possession and sale of illegal pesticides and related crimes committed in retail shops located in Manhattan’s Chinatown.
