Series Knotted Up

After two games in Miami, the NBA Finals is tied up at one game apiece. The games have somewhat close contests as Miami took game one and Dallas took game two. However, last night was an example of how the heart of a champion comes alive. After Dwayne Wade knocks down a three pointer (and subsequently posed in front of the Mavs bench), Miami took a 15 point lead with 6 minutes to go.

However, the Mavericks stormed back to tie it up at 90 with a 17-2 run and eventually took the lead on a Dirk Nowitski three pointer. Then, Jason Terry made a horrendous mistake as he left Miami guard Mario Chalmers wide open for a three pointer to tie the game up at 93. Not fazed at all, the Mavs gave the ball to their leader Nowitski who made a clutch layup past Chris Bosh to take a two point lead. Miami had 3.5 seconds as Wad threw up a desperation heave that missed and Dallas took game two.

Tonight is Game three and with the next three in Dallas, after a bad loss by the Heat, will they recover? Only time will tell.

Thats all for now sports fans. Until next time!
